An impressive, global Investment Management firm based in the West End is looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join for 6 months initially. The Head of HR is looking to get someone onboard in the next few weeks to cover an internal secondment within the team. You will be joining a small HR team that requires a hands on approach and you must be happy to pick up a range of duties.
You will also be responsible for:
- Understanding the business and individual groups objectives to set the HR agenda whilst challenging and influencing senior management and key stakeholders
- Advising on a wide range of employee relations issues including performance management, grievances, disciplinary and sickness
- Supporting annual HR processes including compensation, performance reviews, talent management and promotion processes
- Managing recruitment and learning to develop key initiatives such as talent management and pipelining candidates
You must have significant experience operating as a senior business partner, preferably within boutique financial services, and experience covering a broad generalist role in a small HR team to be considered for this opportunity.
Demonstrable experience of working with challenging business leaders, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to managing conflicting priorities is essential for this role. In addition, strong analytical skills would be beneficial.
The Head of HR is keen to get interviews set up in the next two weeks and doesn't want to consider candidates on notice at this stage.
