HR Business Partner Industrial Relations

We are currently supporting a leading Pharmaceutical multinational on an exciting Global Transformation.

We are running a search for an HR Business Partner to report directly into and work closely with the Global HR Director of the Group, to implement a cultural tranformation across a the R&D and manufacturing sites of the group.

Based in Milan, you will split your time betwee being the Business Partner for a few manufacturing plants (depending on your experience), while also being the point of contact and expert for Industrial Relations / Trade Unions for the entire group.

As the IR expert, you will lead on the harmonization of processes and policies across all the manufacturing sites in Italy, along with also harmonizing and developing the relationships across the different Unions and Union’s representatives present in the country.

It is imperative to have a solid 360 degree HR background, are comfortable business partnering with senior stakeholders in blue collar environments, as well as having an outstanding track record in managing, harmonizing and establishing longstanding relationships with Unions across Italy (both at regional and national level).

Perfect English and Italian, as well as previous experience in Global Multinationals are mandatory requirements.
