HR Business Partner Italy
Frazer Jones is supporting a market leading international group on a Global Transformation: backed by a Tier 1 International Fund, they have recently completed an ambitious M&A process across Europe and the US and are now looking to consolidate their premises, integrate the new brands, and further evolve their international HR structure.
We are running a search for an HR Business Partner to drive the organizational and cultural transformation for one of the local brands, while also partnering directly with the CEO and the wider Group HR Manager Europe.
This brand has built an outstanding track-record designing and leading cutting-edge Digital projects for some of the most prestigious brands in the Luxury/Fashion space.

You will act as a people champion and change manager, coaching and supporting stakeholders to promote a winning culture, along with being the point of contact for running the HR Agenda for the brand based in the outskirts of Florence and leading the cultural and organizational change program aimed at integrating and evolving the brand within the wider group.
On top of the above, the business has also strong expansion plans across EMEA & US so it is imperative that you have an international mindset and exposure to cultural transformation.
The business sponsors a hybrid working model and we are expecting you to be in the offices of the brand 2/3 days p/week.
HR Generalist profiles, with previous experience in the Luxury/Fashion industry, along with digital transformation experience/projects, will be given priority.
Perfect knowledge of both Italian and English are required for this position.
