HR Business Partner – Legal
I’m pleased to be working with a well-known law firm based in the City who are looking to add an experienced senior level HRBP to their well-established HR team.
This is a true ‘partnering’ role and alongside solid generalist experience, past demonstrable involvement in the following areas are also required:
- Restructure (and rationalising headcount)
- TUPE
- Partner issues (including working with managing partner on performance and efficiency)
- People strategy for the division
This exciting role will place you at the centre of a progressive strategy to develop the division into a high performing part of the business. You will have generalist responsibilities such as employee relations, resource planning and overseeing various HR procedures. But, in addition, working collaboratively with the managing partner you will be able to get involved in many projects around transformation as well as areas such as culture and DE&I.
