An impressive, US Investment Management firm based in the West End is looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join a small HR team to cover a maternity leave. The European HR Director is looking to get someone onboard by the end of January to allow a handover period and start to build relationships with business leaders and managers. The role will have ownership of a small client group as well as overseeing the shared service functions in London and managing local and global projects.
Given the size of the team, you must be comfortable picking up a range of duties and managing a busy workload.
You will also be responsible for:
- Working closely with business leaders and managers to co-develop solutions to meet their business needs
- Advising on a wide range of employee relations issues including performance management, grievances, disciplinary and sickness
- Supporting annual HR processes led from the US including compensation, performance reviews, talent management and promotion processes
- Managing the delivery of employee lifecycle events
You must have significant experience operating as a senior business partner, preferably within boutique financial services, and experience covering a broad generalist role in a small HR team to be considered for this opportunity. Demonstrable experience of working with challenging business leaders, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to managing conflicting priorities is essential for this role. In addition, strong analytical skills would be beneficial as you will be overseeing HR operations and managing internal process and procedure.
