I am working with an award-winning Professional Services firm in Bristol to help them recruit a HR Business Partner on an 18-month contract.
This organisation has a collaborative working style, is offering hybrid working and recruit based on their values which they believe promote their excellent culture. My client is open to discussing full time or part time working arrangements and is offering a salary of up to £50K dependant on experience.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be part of a wider people team and take full responsibility for providing all advice, support, and guidance to designated business areas with a headcount of up to 150 people. You will work alongside Heads of Departments supporting them in delivering strategy whilst ensuring its aligned with overall business goals and objectives. This role is a real mix of HR Operations and Strategic HR and will see you getting involved with well-being, performance management, reward and recognition, employee relations and all day-to-day HR related tasks. Your involvement in HR projects and can ado attitude to succeed will be of real interest to my client.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate proven success of working as a hands-on HR Business Partner within a Professional Services firms and ideally a Partnership organisation. You will have worked on and successfully completed a number of HR projects as well as providing all strategic HR support to your stakeholders. You will have good commercial acumen, strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with people throughout the organisation. You will be CIPD qualified, self-motivated, and driven to work within a fast paced and award-winning environment.
