HR Business Partner (Operations)
Are you a HR Business Partner in search of a new challenge?
Our client is a Global manufacturing company based in Gelderland for the Dutch market.
We are looking for an experienced Dutch speaking HR Business Partner to coach and be part of the production team. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR within the office and together with the manager, you help build a fantastic team that supports the everyday operations.
You will be part of a close-knit team, which currently consists of 4 HR professionals. You will support the manager with HR matters on operational and tactical level regarding all HR aspects and will have a lot of contact with employees.
What do you bring?
- You have a completed HBO education in the direction of HR or similar
- You are an HR professional and have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- You prefer to work in production environment (Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen
- You have knowledge of the application of legislation such as employment law and collective Labour Agreements
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
