My client is a the UK's leading children's charity, unique and impactful their research and support changes the lives of children and carers across the UK. They are looking for a HR Business Partner: Organisational change for a 12 month FTC to support an exciting and ambitious transformation project within the charity.
Working closely with the Head of HR Business Partnering you will partner with the Directors and senior Managers to review all current structures across the organisation to improve ways of working, in order to embed organisational change programmes across key charity functions inline with the strategic aims of the organisation. Within this role you will provide a significant role in the HR processes that will enable such changes with best practise, employment law and organisational policies. You will be able to provide sound HR advice and coaching on job role designs, restructures, redundancies to improve the efficiency of the departments and inline with the goals for change. You will be a people champion making sure that through all new processes and restructures you are supporting and driving the senior team to manage it effectively and with compassion. Influencing key decisions to make sure that all areas of the change projects are fairly and effectively managed and will be fully thought through to implementation. As HR Business Partner you will contribute to the HR Strategy and lead on the organisational change project.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience supporting senior stakeholders up to Director level on Best Practise HR including coaching on organisational change issues. You will have successfully implemented and lead on strategy, policy and operational plans across a medium to large size business including with excellent project management capability. Commercial and with business acumen you will show commitment, enthusiasm and act as a change agent to improve and achieve the business aims and objectives through the change programme. You will be either educated to degree level or demonstrate equivalent professional experience, CIPD level 5 would be desirable.
