HR Business Partner (Part time)

I am partnering with a global property firm who are looking to attract a HR Business Partner on a part time basis (ideally 4 days per week but will consider 3).

The role will report into the Head of HR Business Partnering and will support a client group of circa 200 employees.

This is a true business partner role where you will be strategic and operational; work with your business leaders in providing HR advice.

Responsibilities will include:

• HR Business Partnering
• Influencing and building relationships with senior leaders
• Talent management
• ER and performance management

Skills required:

• Have at least 2-3 years HR Business Partner experience; ideally in property, professional services or financial services. If not, then a corporate environment.
• This organisation is taking a hybrid approach to work, 2-3 days per week in the office.

Salary up to £60k FTE (ideally 4 days per week but will consider 3)
