Our client is an American Pharmaceutical company that has an excellent global presence. One of the largest companies in the industry, they have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and are looking for you, an experienced HRBP who comes with strong regional experience to join their team and bring the company to greater heights.
You will report directly to the Regional HR Director and work closely with a tightly-knit HR team of 8. Here, you will be responsible for the entire employment life cycle which includes recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and business partnering amongst other functions. A fundamental position in the organisation, you will identify key gaps in the existing HR policies, working together with your team and HR Director to improve efficiency and functionality in the processes.
The Successful Applicant
You should come with at least 6 years of progressive HR experience as a generalist and have a keen understanding of the know-hows of handling the end-to-end employee life cycle. You will also need to have excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders. As this company is a large MNC, they are looking for someone who has built up a solid career in reputable MNC companies but is looking out for a new challenge.
