Some of the key initiatives will support across a variety of projects including: GDPR; Employee Engagement; Diversity & Inclusion; Management Capabilities and Onboarding.
The business has an extremely strong and engaging HR Director, which allows the People Agenda to impact and influence the senior management at the top. This role will be expected to face off and forge relationships with multiple complex business stakeholders and influence due to the down to earth leadership team.
With 11 offices across EMEA and circa 250 employees the change management plans are broad and with the regulated aspects to the business (FCA) an individual with a detail orientated and impactful strategic style is integral. They are looking for somebody to start ASAP and join for at least 12 months.
