HR Business Partner – Real Estate
We are partnering a renowned real estate giant to hire for a stellar HR Business Partner to join their high performing team. This is an individual contributor role with many opportunities for growth. Our client has an excellent compensation package budgeted for this role which will consist of a competitive base salary, dependent upon years of experience, and bonus.
You will be a strategic and operational HR Business Partner who is comfortable working directly with Head of function and Business Leaders on all HR and People related matters across the business. This will include HR Projects, Policy and Employee Relations, Recruitment Activities, Annual HR Processes, Performance Management and overseeing the HR Operations.
Essential: Experience operating in a strategic and operational role as a HR Business Partner. You will have experience working in global organisations. You will be confident engaging with senior leaders at a strategic level and have the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
