My client is a UK wide logistic business, team orientated and dedicated to an excellent service to its employees and customers alike they are looking for a HR Business Partner to support Regionally. This role will be field based covering the South West, South East, West and East London with head office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

As HR Business Partner supporting the Network Operations you will work closely with the Regional Managers to support them on the delivery of their operational business objectives, developing colleague capability and be an advocate for the HR Agenda. Your key objectives will be to develop and implement performance metrics, deliver the HR Agenda, employee engagement strategies and coaching of senior leaders. You will also be supporting on your client groups employee relations cases of which Union experience is essential. You will be the integral link between your client group and HR and will represent the businesses united approach and supportive environment.

Reporting into the HR Director you will partner with the internal talent, L&D and shared service team on talent, succession planning and change management. This role is a great opportunity to be part of exciting projects across your client group and equally support the HR Director on the wider HR Agenda and communication plans around this. You will be a critical friend to your senior level stakeholders and will demonstrate your ability to build effective relationships with them quickly.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years HR management experience working in a regional or multi sited HR Business Partner role. You will have excellent experience in complex employee relations working with Unions with a high-level understanding of employment law. You will have exposure to TUPE and change management projects and a CIPD or degree equivalent. Forward thinking, passionate and professional you will love what you do and be a true people champion. This role will have extensive travel across all South West, South East, West and East London with head office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire so a clean UK driving license is essential.

Salary: £60,000 + company car or £5500 allowance
