A fantastic opportunity to join a Global Consultancy/Professional Services firm based in Bristol who are looking for a Talent Manager who will focus on talent development and talent management for a workforce located across the UK and Europe. This role will really suit someone who is currently an HR Business Partner with a experience of working with leadership teams around various talent components.
This position reports to the Global HR Director with a dotted line into the European MD, and has responsibility across Europe and a headcount of 400+, the majority being UK based. This is very much a greenfield role where you will work closely with senior management to lead and build a robust talent management and development strategy and framework, and deliver this across Europe. This requires a skill set and experience across all talent management components: appraisals, career development/frameworks/progression, succession planning, retention, D&I, linking performance to reward, workforce planning, gender pay gaps etc.
It is likely that your experience will have been gained within a professional services or engineering/consultancy led organisation. You will have worked within a Talent function or be an HR Business Partner with experience of the above areas.
There is a lot of positive change within the business and key to success will be your ability to sit in front of the business and be able to influence their decision making and to demonstrate value. You will also contribute to the Global strategy and liase with Global regions outside of Europe.
