HR Business Partner – Technology

We are delighted to be partnering with a global financial technology company on a newly created HR Business Partner opportunity. As the firm continues to expand and venture into new business opportunities, the role as a HR Business Partner will tap into strategic and business partnering matters to assist with M&A strategy and business alignment pertaining to culture and performance.

Your role will act as a strategic leader and advisor to the regional offices across APAC and be responsible for strategic planning for the business with regards to people matters whilst the firm goes through major HR transformation and growth. You’ll be someone who is highly capable to deliver necessary changes within the business and understand how to navigate stakeholder’s expectations whilst ensuring key deliverables are met. You’ll be required to challenge the status quo whilst dealing with ambiguity and understand how to approach different cultures and stakeholders with a strong sense of urgency and sensitivity.

You should bring between 10-15 years of HR experience preferably within a regional role as a proven strategic business partner. You should bring previous experience within the technology / fintech industry and be familiar with complex structures. Individuals who have navigated in startup environments would be an advantage.
