My client, a rapidly growing Telecommunications company that are taking the industry by storm, are seeking an experienced HR BP on a temp to perm contract. The role is a great opportunity for a pro-active and engaging individual who would like to work with a business that is expanding day by day.
The HR BP will work closely with assigned stakeholders to understand issues and develop solutions across the full remit of HR activities including resourcing, reward, learning & development and employee relations and HR operational activities. With it being a new business this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to really make their mark and add value to the growing HR team.
Due to the broad range of responsibilities and the successful candidate will need to be able to come in and "hit the ground running" and work autonomously to deliver key objectives. To be considered you will have previous HR Business Partner experience ideally within the telecommunications or engineering industry, demonstrate a track record of establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
