HR Business Partner (VP) - Financial Services

We are partnering with a highly reputable Financial Services firm on a global HRBP position managing the Technology client groups. This is an opportunity to join an established organisation and be a critical part of their continued journey, partnering with a vital and growing part of the business.

As Technology HR Business Partner, you will:-

• Develop and execute HR strategies across the region
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders including Global Heads of Department to provide advice and guidance on talent and people initiatives
• Provide advice on a range of HR functions including talent management, workforce strategy, succession planning and employee relations

You will be a Senior HR BP with experience partnering with Technology client groups in a large corporate Financial Services organisation or Technology firm.
