HRBP position supporting a client group of c350 and delivering a strategic and operational HR service. Partnering with heads of department, making recommendations and solutions through relationships. You will support leaders through the implications of organisational changes, highlighting risks and financial impact. Supporting with restructures, recruitment, turnover and development.
To gather and share intelligence on people management best practice, coach, and build manager capability and constructively challenge leaders. Support leaders with performance management and complex HR matters such as ER. Leading on complex cases and act as the escalation point.
Stay a step ahead with legislation ensuring policies, process and guidelines are up to date, relevant and compliant with the law, adhering to best practice HR.
Support with the driving of the annual people agenda including, leadership 360 degree development process, working closely with external providers, performance appraisal process, salary and benefits review. There will be some key projects to lead on too, such as implementation of new people HRIS to provide better people metrics, further development of the diversity and inclusion agenda, and the design and implementation of the development strategy.
