We are searching for a HR Change Manager for a leading client where you will form part of an established team responsible for delivering multiple People related change workstreams across a large and diverse business. You will work with key business leaders in order to translate and apply business targets to help shape change processes.
In order to do this, you will previously have designed, developed and implemented organisational models to support company, business or functional objectives and will have led on post implementation cultural and behavioural change as well as driven data analysis and key findings.
The successful candidate can either come directly from a consultancy house wanting to make a move in-house or alternatively can be someone who has built their change management experience within a large, corporate business.
