My client, a Global energy company based in Central London, are seeking an experience Communications Analyst to support within their International Resources department.
The HR Communications Analyst will be supporting the International team on a number of projects including; Global resourcing, Internal Comms, Employee Engagement and Miscellaneous communications.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across recruitment marketing campaigns, utilising digital tools (LinkedIn, Company's career website) to market and manage applications to vacancies, manage the Alumni programme, and manage updates to the company website. Internal comms with include supporting on the Intranet site by developing and ensuring content is up to date and relevant. Utilising all channels to appropriately engage with employees including; company magazine, emails, posters, intranet. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and ensure they are within company guidelines and budgets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an eye for creative design and has an interest in marketing, communications and HR. Project management and time management skills are essential.
All candidate must be eligible to work in the UK- language skills will be an advantage.
