With an American HQ the European HR Director has spent the last 12 months building out a strategic and impactful HR function. This has resulted in an increase in the HR workload and this 12 month FTC has been created. Handling a mixture of strategic projects on the HRIS and systems side, with a focus on process efficiency.
As a smaller sized business of circa 150 employees this requires somebody used to operating in both a hands on and strategic capacity, with strong stakeholder management skills. Acting as a true business partner to corporate functions and the private equity/equity sales division this role will suit someone used to operating at speed with a high-touch population.
Some projects will include GDBP, an HRIS implementation/integration, Brexit, graduate recruitment and also their SMCR offering.
