This fast-moving and highly successful organisation has gone through an exciting period of change and growth owing to a recent acquisition.
This role will focus on HR projects and change inititves related to the acquisition including redesigning organisation structures, redefining of job roles, workforce planning and guiding business units through restructures.
You will support business units with any change management issues they may have and will communicate changes accordingly.
You will have excellent written and oral skills and will be able to effectively communicate changes and updates.
You background may be generalist but you will have definitely led HR projects focussed on change. Ideally you will also have supported a business through a merger or acquisition.
This is a 6 month contract role paying up to $125,000 including super.
