An exciting opportunity has arisen for HR Services Coordinator to join a well-known and reputable organisation in the Crawley area. This global organisation are experts within their industry sector and they take pride in providing an innovative and entrepreneurial service.
HR Services Coordinator, based in Crawley, Paying up to £27,000. Hybrid working on offer.
As the HR Services Coordinator, you will work as part of a close nit and supportive team, reporting into the HR Services Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of all HR related administration surrounding the employee lifecycle, providing the business with management information and reporting as well as supporting various HR processes including performance and pay reviews. This is a high volume and fast-paced environment, where it is pivotal to focus on excellent delivery and service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the organisations people and prioritisation of work activity to deliver service level agreements.
If you have proven experience within a HR Operational role, have excellent time management and organisation skills and are able to work collaboratively and on your own initiative, this would be of great interest to my client.
