HR Coordinator

We are partnering with a well known luxury brand in the search for a superstar HR Coordinator. This will be a 3 month contract role providing key administrative support on all operational aspects of the employee.


  • Liaise with the recruitment team and hiring managers to arrange interviews
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidates regarding interviews
  • Update and maintain data in the recruitment system
  • Meet and greet candidates onsite and make them feel welcome
  • Perform background checks and reference checks
  • Provide an overall exceptional candidate experience


  • High attention to detail
  • Good computer literacy (specifically MS Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer-focused and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Be a great team player and a structured thinker
  • Demonstrate confidence and the ability to build strong relationships

This role requires immediate start, it is a 3 month contract role with a potential to go permanent.
