You will sit in the HR operations team, playing a key role in the renewal of benefits, ensuring the benefits offered are appropriate and operating effectively by getting the best deal from providers and brokers. You will have a pivotal role in keeping staff and pay data up to date and act as a point of contact for staff, supporting them in their understanding of how HR works. You'll have the opportunity to get stuck in with promoting some exciting wellbeing initiatives to ensure staff are healthy and happy.
Your experience of benefits, both in selecting appropriate benefits and managing existing benefits, will be hugely valued and allow you to make a real impact in this role. You will need to have great attention to detail when managing and processing staff and payroll data and ideally you will have some experience of using HR systems.
