The primary responsibility of the HR Coordinator is to provide first-line generalist support to a diverse workforce of 2000+ across Australia. In addition to BAU queries, you will have the opportunity to assist in the implementation of a new employee self-service portal and HRIS system.
- Customer service orientation
- Prior experience working with enterprise systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
- 2+ years' professional experience in an operational/shared service role
