Are you looking to expand your HR experience within a professional services firm with a global reach?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to be a key component of a growing HR team based in Leeds. You will be working closely with the HR Manager, assisting them with coordinating the delivery of day-to-day HR administration within its designated business unit. The firm is looking for a key individual who can hit the ground running within this hands-on role aiding the business across different functions including:
- The management of HR systems for all key personal information
- Assisting with Learning and Development preparation and key training sessions,
- Working with HR Apprentice to ensure onboarding activities and invoicing process is completed in a timely fashion
- Supporting Diversity and Inclusions initiatives to name a few of the day to day responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will have some prior experience of HR within a fast moving international, acquisitive business. They are looking for someone who can communicate HR to the business in a commercial and pragmatic way, using simple business language and have strong analytical and mathematical skills supported by a working understanding of Excel. As an HR Coordinator they would like someone who can show high levels of integrity and discretion as working in an environment where confidentiality and sensitivity must be maintained.
The role will be paying up to £25k depending on experience.
