HR Coordinator, Sydney, CBD

An HR Coordinator is needed for a National Professional Services organisation who are based in the heart of the CBD. You will work in a close-knit HR team and work across the full employee lifecycle, with a large percentage of your time dedicated to recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Graduate and lateral recruitment, end to end
  • Assisting with the onboarding & exit process
  • L&D
  • Assisting the team with performance management
  • HR reporting
  • Maintaining the HRIS & employee data
  • Looking after the HR inbox and responding to all enquiries
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Working on HR projects where required

About you:

  • Degree qualified in HR or related subject
  • You will ideally have at least two years' experience in an HR generalist role
  • Ideally a background in professional or financial services
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of integrity and professionalism

Salary up to $70k + Super
