HR Coordinator- Global Financial Firm
Our established global financial services client is looking for a new HR Coordinator to join their APAC team. They have an excellent reputation in the market, and have people at the heart of everything they do so you’ll be joining a highly collaborative and friendly team.
As HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner to support the end-to-end HR processes for the AAPC region. You will provide assistance across HR operations, recruitment, HR projects, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, engagement. You will act as the first point of contact for the business, ensuring that all queries are handled accurately and timely.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year experience of operating in a similar function in HR with an international leading financial or professional services firm. You will be passionate about ensuring processes and ways of working are efficient, streamlined and effective, and will promote the culture of continuous improvement. You have a good understanding of HR operations and administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing and providing support to the team as and when required.
