A leading professional services business is now looking to hire an HR Data Lead on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the firm through a large-scale data migration programme. You will be accountable for the overall design, development and testing of the processes to migrate data from their current system into the new cloud based platform. To deliver this programme, you'll lead a specialist data migration team to document the end-to-end transformation process, work with HRIS and IT teams to cleanse and validate data, perform all data load cycles and perform data reconciliation. This will include obtaining functional area business signoff for each Go Live and ensure that the team kpi's meet all program criteria of: time, cost and quality. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates who have experience of managing a specialist data team, delivering end-to-end HR data migrations, experience of delivering migrations within a project/programme, together with advanced skills in MS Excel and relevant data migration tools. Key is an understanding of business processes and how data supports these and knowledge of HR processes and how data supports HR. You be able to effectively plan to complete assigned task within program timelines, escalating any risks or issues as required.
