HR Director with extensive experience supporting a technology population required for leading global information solutions business. Working within a matrix structure, we are looking to hire an experienced HRD to support high profile client groups in a fast paced and highly commercial environment.
Reporting to the Global HR Director (based in Europe) you will be an integral part of the global HR leadership team and act as a partner to the technology client group.
Working closely with the CTO you will be responsible for developing the people agenda and deliver high quality strategic and operational HR support. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and drive operational HR and projects through the group HR centres of excellence. Responsibilities will include talent acquisition, organisational design and development, compensation and benefits, HR service delivery, strategic workforce planning, employee relations, engagement and culture, talent acquisition, leadership and management development, legal compliance and reporting.
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who can demonstrate experience gained within a technology focused organisation or who has partnered a technology division. Experience of working within a matrixed organisation with a centre of excellence model is desired and the successful candidate will undertake international travel.
