Our Company

Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of consumer appliances. Privately owned, they pride themselves on their international reputation, based on their strong market brand and innovative consumer strategies. With a new, progressive CEO, the company are looking to undergo transformation and significant growth, and therefore want to hire a forward-thinking HR Director to steer this new agenda.

The Role

With a relatively new senior management group, we are now looking for an ambitious, driven HR executive to join this dynamic and growth-driven environment. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director Human Resources will focus on driving culture change and people strategy for an already high-performing HR division. You will have the support also of the CHRO, who is an innovator open to advancing the change agenda.

Responsibilities include;

Leadership - line manage a group of 8 HR professionals within the group, and be responsible for motivating, developing and succession planning.

Transformation and Strategy - develop, shape and lead the new transformation alongside the CEO, while hitting ambitious growth deliverables.

Organisational development - review, design and implement an organisational structure that fits the needs of the division.

Global growth planning - make a significant impact on the company's growth plans into their targeted emerging markets.

HR Operations - drive the HR oversight for a client group of 1000, comprising of both manufacturing and corporate staff.

Qualifications and Experience

As an HR Director, you will need to bring strong leadership qualities within the HR space, as you'll be able to have a significant impact on the current and future growth of the organisation.

A background in consumer-led and service industries would be a preference, as the workforce of over 1000 comes with diverse, but exciting challenges.

You will be involved in executing high-impact transformation strategies, therefore bringing a strong background in championing HR strategies and initiatives means that you would be an excellent fit for the current climate.

We are looking for somebody with a true passion for HR transformation, and somebody who likes effect the long-term change of a global organisation.
