Am partnering with a niche international law firm in their search for a HR Director.
With several international locations this firm are rapidly expanding and are looking for a HR Director to set and lead the people strategy for the business.
Reporting into both the CEO and Managing Partner this is a broad and diverse role that will see you involved in both the strategic and generalist side of the full employee life cycle.
Leading a small team of HR professionals you will be responsible for setting and delivering the HR strategy for the UK as well as various other international locations, working collaboratively with key partners across the various offices and indeed local operational support.
You will be involved in all aspects of the generalist function, from looking at Talent Management, Career frameworks and pathways, along with engagement, Recruitment and D&I. You will champion these areas from an HR perspective and deliver a commercial and effective HR offering into the firm both individually and with the wider HR function.
The firm is looking to meet with solid HR generalist who have previously worked within a law firm and indeed supported European and other international offices from an HR perspective. You will already be operating at a senior level and enjoy the diversity, and high touch nature of working in a smaller niche firm.
