HR Director
We are working with a leading manufacturing company in the region that are recruiting for a HR Director. This is a new role and will report directly to the CEO.
As HR Director, you will be responsible for managing high-volume personnel, overseeing HR systems, and handling employee relations to ensure compliance with regulations. You will also manage budgets, assess staffing needs, and design training programs, while developing compensation plans.
Experience required –
* Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources or any other relevant area, with at least 5 years in managing the complete HR function, preferably in the Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related discipline. A master’s degree would be a plus.
* Strong budget management experience and a comprehensive understanding of labour laws, regulations, industrial relations, and other statutory laws.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
