HR Director

I am working on a retained basis with a fantastic Global business based in Bristol that is looking for an HR Director. The position has a dual reporting line into the Managing Director and Group HR Director within an Hi-Tech Engineering and Manufacturing environment and with responsibility for a large HR team.

The HR Director will business partner the MD and senior leadership for all People related matters and to align the Group People Plan and Business strategy. Managing a large team of HR Business Partners you will work closely with the COE and Shared Services and be responsible for driving cultural change, performance management, leadership development, organisational design, engagement and communication, reward and recognition.

You will be working in a similar Hi-Tech Engineering and Manufacturing environment as part of the senior leadership team across a large, innovative and complex organisation. You will have led and delivered on all aspects of people strategy, managing and leading teams, and with a track record of delivering complex change programmes. With a strategic and commercial growth mind-set you will be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with key senior stakeholders. Experience of working within a TU environment would be an advantage.
