I am working with one of the world's most iconic consumer goods brands in the search for a HR Director to support one of their key business units. You will be joining the business at a hugely exciting time as they continue to evolve and develop their portfolio of exceptional brands. The role will have dual reporting lines reporting into the MD and UK HR Director and directly manage an HR Manager and HR Advisor.
Working in a heavily matrix environment you will drive the HR agenda for a client group of circa 400 within commercial, sales and marketing whilst working collaboratively with the broader UK HR team and group functions. The role involves supporting the business unit with the full HR spectrum with a focus around talent management, performance management and recruitment. You will help build operational excellence as well as a clear strategy for driving the business forward.
To be successful in this role you will have provided Business Partnering to a P&L within a consumer brand, you will have extensive matrix experience and be able to network and navigate both globally and domestically. The business operates at pace and as such, you will be able to prioritise and multi task in an ever-changing environment. Prior line management would be advantageous as well and considerable generalist HR experience.
