On behalf of one of our clients, a globally operating company headqurtered in the Heilbronn area we are looking for an experienced HR professional to take on the role of HR Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. As the HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping their organizational culture by driving a transformation process, managing talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic and operational HR Leadership:

    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to drive a positive organizational culture.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
    • Develop and implement employee retention strategies and succession planning.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Promote open communication and a positive work environment.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Oversee performance management processes to ensure a high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance on professional development and training opportunities.
  5. Compliance and Policies:

    • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  6. Benefits and Compensation:

    • Manage and optimize employee benefits programs.
    • Work closely with finance to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
