Our client is an international 4A's Brand Activation agency that work with a wealth of clients across sectors and geographies internationally as well as within the APAC region. Due to internal mobility, a role has arisen for a Head of HR for APAC based out of Hong Kong.

This role will lead the overall ambition to make the company the 'employer of choice' for agency talent across APAC and will work closely with business/talent leads to improve the overall employee experience and employment journey through building more consistent, defined and deliberate interactions with their people, as well as localising global tool kits and developing fresh talent management initiatives. Reporting and partnering closely with the Regional CEO, and functionally to their Global CTO, you will partner the region's leadership and management team to create and deliver a regional people strategy that aligns with current and future business objectives.

Our client is interested in meeting with commercially astute and experienced business partners/HR generalists, who can demonstrate driving change. You will ideally have strong talent management experience (identification, development and retention) as well as a broader generalist skillset that can support advisory work related to mobility, reward, ER etc. You will need to be resilient and able to navigate a complex matrix operating structure. This is a fast paced, fluid environment and experience working with ambiguity and without robust structure will be important. The role is business partner/advisory focused with indirect responsibility for in country HR teams so your ability to work from a position of influence as opposed to authority will be important.

You must have APAC experience and be culturally sensitive, understanding that one size does not always fit all and experience of working in creative environments would be beneficial. The role requires up to a 30% travel commitment within the region.
