HR Director APAC
We are partnering with a global leader in corporate consultancy in their search for an APAC HR Director. Based in Sydney this role will support multiple offices across APAC and have a strong focus on business growth, either organic or via acquisition. Responsible for executing the people strategy in line with the business strategy, this role will work closely with the CHRO, HR leadership team and APAC leadership team to deliver on the key people priorities.
A full generalist role the position will include growth, acquisition and integration, change management and communications, talent acquisition, retention and management, remuneration, employee engagement, learning & development. The position offers and requires breadth, ranging from working with and advising the leadership team to implementing and improving the core HR processes and practice. Based in Sydney the role will be mostly office based, at least initially, with occasional travel required to the APAC offices.
Our client is recognised as a high touch, high quality firm in the areas they consult in and are seeking an individual who has prior experience supporting Asia Pacific client groups. Experience within management consulting and a high growth or start up environment would be highly advantageous. Strong change management skills, a commercial mindset and approach to HR, and the ability to drive results in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment is essential.
