HR Director EMEA
We have been retained by a global management consultancy led from the US to appoint their HR Director for EMEA. Based in London this role will support multiple offices across EMEA and will have a strong focus on business growth, either organic or via acquisition. Responsible for executing the people strategy in line with the business strategy, this role will work closely with the Global HR Director in the US and the EMEA leadership team to deliver on the key people priorities.
A full generalist role the position will include growth, acquisition and integration, communications, talent acquisition, retention and management, remuneration, employee engagement, learning & development. The position offers and requires breadth, ranging from working with and advising the EMEA board to evolving and improving the core HR processes and practice. Based in London the role will work 2-3 days a week in the office, with the rest being agile. Travel to different EMEA offices will be required from time to time and as well as fluency in English, a second language in Italian, Spanish or French would be highly advantageous.
Our client is recognised as a high touch, high quality firm in the areas they consulting in and sit within the “global boutique” space with a three figure headcount. They are seeking an individual who has prior experience supporting European/EMEA client groups. Experience within management consulting would be highly advantageous, however more critical is a strong commercial mindset and approach to HR.
