My Bristol based client is looking for an HR Director to manage a Global Shared Services function, with responsibility for defining and delivering a global HR services strategy to meet the people and business wide strategy.
The position requires experience of managing a large Global/multi-jurisdiction HR Shared Services team within a complex and matrixed corporate. Your experience will extend to: leading on the strategic direction of HR Services including global transformation, change management, end to end delivery of process fulfilment and global processes, payroll, and delivering all complex case management support.
This is a very influential and interesting position, and you will be able to easily evidence a track record of making change happen and managing complex and difficult situations. It goes without saying that you will be a strong analytical thinker with great commercial and business acumen.
You will have led and managed a Global HR Shared Services function, have led transformational change, and be able to drive a technology enabled service to a diverse employee base. You will also possess experience of managing very large direct and indirect teams, the ability to engage and influence senior level managers and directors, and have excellent communication skills.
