HR Director, IT & Digital
Our client, a leading spirits company located in a brand new office in midtown NYC, is looking for an HR Director to join their growing team. This person will be supporting their IT & Digital division and will be responsible for being a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner supporting 4 leaders. They will be involved in everything from workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, development plans, organizational development and design, calibration sessions, employee engagement, talent management and identification, DEI, etc. as it aligns to the business’ needs. Furthermore, this person will partner with various COE partners such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, etc.
This person must be agile, open, organized, focused, collaborative, be able to get in the weeds, operate in the gray, have strong project management skills, effective influencing skills on stakeholders and a can-do attitude. Must have supported a technology and/or digital population as well as have global experience.
