Our client is a global technology business with operations across multiple US locations. As they move away from the group to become an independent standalone business they are seeking an HR Director for their North American region to lead the function, establish robust HR practices and drive engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Global SVP of HR, you will be responsible for an employee population of approximately 600 and will have a team of 3 HR professionals supporting your work across 5 locations in North America. You will lead all areas of HR from Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits to Workforce Planning, Employee Services and Organization Design. You will interact heavily with local business leaders and site management teams as well as the broader global HR team. The North American Leadership team will look for you to guide them on building talent strategies, a unified culture, org structures and HR processes. All supported by data, thorough analysis and commercial insight.
Our client is looking for an HR leader with experience in a high-tech industry or similarly fast paced environment that has experience leading across multiple sites. Experience working in a global business and on M&A activity is beneficial but not required.
