The Human Resource (HR) Director is the Head the HR function with 3 direct reports (HR, Performance & Development, Recruiting). He/she is responsible for the smooth operation of the entire HR-related team.
The HR Director reports directly into organisations CEO and interacts with a broad range of internal stakeholders as well as selected external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads People Team
  • Works with his/her team to support the Executive team with annual workforce planning and synthesizes all requirements into an annual people strategy (incl. internal and external hiring needs, development and training needs, culture-related events etc)
  • Works closely with CEO to support strategic decisions with People-related insights
  • Tracks KPIs of People team, supports where needed and continuously improves People-related processes and tools
  • Plans, designs, develops and evaluates people-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
  • Rolls-out initiatives to foster a common culture and increase employee engagement
  • Ensures competitive and innovative compensation and benefit structure

Qualifications

  • Saudi national who is fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor degree with demonstrated academic achievement, ideally in a HR-related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of management experience in a reputable, fast-paced organization in various People/HR-related roles
  • Ideally experience in both core as well as support function roles)
  • Proven track record of implementing new policies, tools and procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Strong track record of effectively leading and scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff
  • Experience in helping organizations scale while maintaining core cultural values
