Sitting as part of the regional executive team this HR Director will be the regional strategic HR Business Partner for all functional heads and senior management teams in SEA countries. With the business having doubled in size over the last couple of years and similar growth planned this is a key role in helping the business reach its goals.
There will be a responsibility to drive effective change management related to all issues with startup businesses such as acquisitions, leadership team changes, regulatory changes and creating a high performance culture.
As well as driving the people strategy the HR fundamentals also need to be reinforced with a focus on ensuring consistency in design, implementation and adherence of HR policies and standards across all countries in SE Asia.
With the continued growth planned there will also been a need to build and develop the in country HR teams in the region to ensure consistency and high levels of service are delivered to all business areas.
Employee engagement, culture creation, talent management and talent development are vital projects for this HR Director to implement.

Extensive on the ground experience of the South East Asia emerging markets is essential.

As a change agent, you will have a high degree of influencing skills to partner with senior management as well as ability to motivate, communicate efffectively with a large blue collar workforce.
Excellent communication skills in English are required along with ideally Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa.
Salary - THB$2,500,000 - THB$3,500,000 per annum + bonus
