Our client is seeking a dynamic HR & Early Careers Coordinator to join their fun and collaborative team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things related to early careers and HR support. From coordinating early careers programs to assisting with HR processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent management and development initiatives.
Description
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for graduates
- Act as a key point of contact for graduates
- Assist in scheduling training and development initiatives
- Coordinate the administration of employee life cycle matters
- Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR or Recruitment, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
