I am delighted to partner with an exceptional global professional services who are looking to hire a HR Executive (SGD 70,000 - 85,000). This position will work within a fast-paced global business and support a business area, facing off to senior managers and providing a proactive and hands on service in a very employee driven business. This is a role where you will play a key part in events, such as the annual retreat (held in various overseas locations which you will get to go to as well!), other HR events.
You will also play a key role in some of the logistics and running of aspects around the office - so be prepared to go outside of traditional HR duties if needed.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with great end-to-end experience of the employee lifecycle, payroll activity, salary benchmarking and local employment regulations. This is a proactive and respected team which can really add value to the business. This role will ensure HR processes are undertaken effectively and takes a continuous improvement approach, refreshing processes and policies where needed. This person will enjoy working within a close-knit team and come with great enthusiasm and a positive attitude!

Duties: This is a 360 HR role where you will get to own projects, recruitment, employee relations, act as a key point of contact for HR queries to the business and escalate to the appropriate teams/persons, liaise with counterparts globally and regionally, onboarding and offboarding, general HR Administration, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, payroll, some office hygiene factors and updating of the HR system as appropriate. They have administrators to support in basic HR such as EP processing etc.
Desirable: Recruitment, payroll and compensation and benefits experience.
