HR Generalist

We are working with a global services organisation who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their Singapore team.

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement and compensation & benefits. You will be supporting one of their business units, acting as a go-to advisor for all HR-related matters. You will drive key HR project and initiatives helping to deliver the HR strategy. You will ensure the HR policies and practices as well as health and safety policies and procedures are compliant with local regulations. You will handle all staff movement procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience of operating as a HR Generalist with an international firm within a local remit. You will have strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and confident in being a HR support to an entire business unit. You are a clear communicator, organized, and comfortable liasing with multiple stakeholders across various levels.
