Main responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers regarding the full cycle of the selection process;
  • Develop and execute different sourcing strategies such as advertising and direct sourcing through social medias;
  • Manage Employer branding activities and relationships with universities and business schools in Italy
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records

Main characteristics of the successful candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3- 5 years' experience as an HR generalist, HR BP or HR advisor within international companies
  • Experienced in full life cycle recruiting preferably through LinkedIn recruiter
  • Excellent understanding of core HR processes & practices
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); and Italian native speaker
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office; HRIS System (e.g. People Soft, Workday) will be a plus
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude with problem solving and analytical capability
  • Customer-focused approach, with high level of professionalism and discretion
