A reputable, global private equity firm are looking to recruit a HR Generalist to join their small HR team based in central London. This is an outstanding opportunity to partner with the business on a global scale where you will provide a high quality, proactive and seamless service to the business.
You will support the Head of HR with a wide range of projects and initiatives including talent and succession, performance management and pay review. You will also take ownership for all generalist HR responsibilities where you will be involved with everything from recruitment, payroll, benefits & compensation, employee relations as well as acting as the first point of enquiry for the HR related queries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to make the next step in their HR career. To be successfully within this role you will need excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills as well as relevant HR experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment within small to medium sized Financial Services firm.
The relevant candidates must also be educated to degree standard or have relevant experience and be CIPD qualified.
